Dear sir,
            sub:report analysis on accident.
            ref:your letter dated 05.10.2010

In connection with your letter cited,I am submitting a report after investigating the causes that leads to its occurrence.The magnitude of  loss incurred and making some suggestion to prevent similar incident in future.
                         On the fateful day i.e 01.10.2010 when one of our worker  working in a cutting tool area in our Apollo Steel Industries ,suddenly a spark is splashed in his eye.even though the person is wearing safety goggles it affected his eye then the person is suddenly admitted to near hospital.Now the worker is completely cured.
         I am submitting the following suggestion in order to prevent these types of accident in future.

                                 * Safety goggles must be provided to all the workers.
                                 *These safety goggles must be change after six months periodically.
                                 *Safety alarm should be set in case of any accident.

I am V.RAMA CHANDRAN coming from trichy.My father is a development officer in oriental insurance company.my mom is a home maker.I have two sister.one sister is doing her MBA degree in trichy and other sister is working in wibro as well as doing is MS degree in BITS BILANI.My uncle is working in IBM in chennai.He is talent and efficient person.He is inspiration for me.I complete my schooling in K.A.P.VISWANATHAM.HR.SEC.SCHOOL.I got 87% in tenth and twelveth public exam.I am doing my B.TECH degree in BSA UNIVERSITY.I am belongs to EEE department.I am a representative of my class.I want to become a efficient electronics engineer.I am very intrested to read more books and improve my knowledge.My hobby is to play cricket.I am a good dancer as well.Some times I like to hear music to relax my self.My positive think is I am a talkative person.My negative is I am a tensed person.I like to spend more time with my friends.I hope that i will become the efficient and talent electronics engineer in future.
